Frequently Asked Questions

We do small batch production work, and custom orders are subject to additional fees to change the process we have perfected. Slight changes will be granted, but please contact me directly through the contact link if anything is more specific to your needs.

Orders are shipped 4 weeks after the payment is made. Shipping by Fed Ex Ground, Contiguous United states only. Free of Charge on all orders.

Orders are processed through Etsy, and all common forms of payment are accepted. Once your payment is processed there is a 4 week processing time on all orders.

If an item is broken or damaged due to shipping, a replacement part (or parts) will be sent out to the customer free of charge. That being said, refunds will not be given.
